Co-treatment of chronic disease, without further delay

The Medical and Health Bureau's pilot plan for joint management of chronic diseases has been launched in mid-November 2023. As of January this year, more than 30% of those who completed the screening were diagnosed with high blood sugar, diabetes or hypertension, which shows that the program can identify patients with chronic diseases in the community.
