Remarks：

A standard number of subsidised sessions for individual healthcare services will be provided to clients with chronic diseases. For details, please contact our professional staff.
Co-payment for services (except medical consultations for diabetes and the hypertension screening programme) will be waived for the following members: Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients, Old Age Living Allowance (OALA) recipients aged 75 or above, and Residential Care Service Voucher (RCSV) holders at level 0. Clients are required to present proof of identity and waiver status.
Clients who have participated in the Elderly Health Care Voucher Scheme can pay for DHC services from their Health Care Voucher accounts.
