Stress and worry caused by living in a hectic metropolis affects our immune system, making us more susceptible to viruses … and worse.

Mental health is a big health issue around the world and the WHO has suggested including it in Universal Health Coverage.

It’s time to ask yourself the question: are you stressed??

'Taking it easy' is easier said than done as a strategy, but there are activities which can really help you de-stress.

TMDHC will organise stress-busting workshops based around the five senses (hearing, smell, sight, taste and touch). Activities will include paper art, 'singing bowl' healing, aromatherapy, mindfulness, photography and coffee appreciation.
