Balloting
- The ballot result will be announced 3 working days after balloting. Members on the reserve list will receive an SMS and need to confirm their enrolment by clicking the hyperlink in the SMS. Members can come to our core centre to check the ballot results.
- If a member cannot attend the activity, he/she needs to inform TMDHC’s staff in written form, or come to one of our centres.
- If the total attendance of a member is below 75%, he/she might not be able to apply for TMDHC’s activities in future.
- TMDHC reserves the right to determine whether a member is eligible to join activities.
